Denis Egan
The Founder
Denis Egan founded ConceptPlus Solutions following a decade building and operating a facilities management company serving blue-chip clients across Ireland. Having grown that business from start-up to close to one hundred employees, he brings a rare combination of ground-level operational understanding and sophisticated technical delivery capability.
Prior to that, Denis worked for an international Hard Services Facilities Management firm with over 2,000 employees. He was also previously the Commercial Director for one of the world's largest Design and Construction firms, with operations across multiple industries and locations including Pharma, Medical Devices, Micro-Electronics, Data Centres, Utilities and Infrastructure.
Denis has also held Senior Operations Management roles in Medical Device and high-volume Electronics Manufacturing, with significant experience developed in process enhancement, waste elimination, and automation.
His academic foundation in Industrial Engineering and Information Systems informs an approach that treats process before technology and outcome before output. ConceptPlus Solutions exists to give organisations access to that thinking without the overhead of a large consultancy.
